We have never charged a tree service for a job lead they did not want or quote.

If we send you a lead that for any reason you can not or will not quote, just reply fro your inbox with a quick reason for rejection e.g council tree”, and we won’t charge you for it.
It’s easy, just reply to the email within 7 days and give us the reason why you´re rejecting it. e.g. “Not returning my calls” and we take it off your list of leads.
Contractors are billed bi-monthly for leads sent with fewer leads rejected.
You are not in a binding contract, so you can decide to pause/ reactivate your account whenever you like. Close your account at any time with no penalities.
